Samsung has introduced the Galaxy Book Flex Alpha Laptop model. The new Galaxy Book Flex model features a 13.3-inch QLED display with very thin bezels and a lightweight design. The Galaxy Book Flex Alpha model is offered with a sharp diamond cut edge and a sturdy aluminum frame.
One of the main advantages of QLED is that it can offer richer colors than IPS without costing as much as OLED to be the best of both worlds. Samsung is promising 600 nits of brightness and 100 percent “color volume”. Unfortunately, the press release isn’t very clear about what “color volume” it’s referring to, but we suspect it to be AdobeRGB or DCI-P3. There will be no 4K UHD options at launch.
The new Samsung laptop model is powered by the 10th generation Intel Core Processor, Active Pen. Fast charging is also offered in the new laptop which offers a 17.5 hour battery backup.
